The Pennington Festival is a Princeton Art Guild event which started 13 years ago as a way to honor one of our own living legends, Eddie Pennington (www.eddiepennington.com
The humble beginnings have now led to one of the area's biggest summer concerts. Thousands of people visit Princeton each year for the festival. Some of the famous people who have graced the stage incluce The Osborne Brothers, John McEuen, Thom Bresh, Junior Brown, Nickel Creek, The Whites, The Quebe Sisters Band and of course Eddie himself.

This year we are thrilled to have BOBBY BARE, yes Bobby Bare ('Marie Laveau,' 'Detroit City' 'Drop Kick Me Jesus') is coming to Princeton.

Also the Cumberland Highlanders will perform and film segments of the festival for their nationally-televised show 'Crossing the Cumberland.'

The Pennington Festival Committee is made up of family, friends and fans of Eddie's. We all love him, respect him and live right here in the same town with him. We are all volunteers and are open to your suggestions of how we can make for a better festival.
Send questions, comments to Stacey Menser, (270) 625-5886 or smenser@att.net.
Other festival committee members are the Penningtons -- Eddie, Penny, Alonzo and Rosebud; Nancy Taylor, Sean Mestan, Rob Markham, Ty Englebright, and David Belcher.
