You can take the stage in theTalent Contest The Talent Contest is open to musicians (vocalists, instrumentalists, bands) of all ages. Sign-ups begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at the Butler Lawn. Sign-ups will continue until 10 a.m. when the first performer takes the stage. Each entry costs $10. No prerecorded (canned music) allowed. Vocalists may have an accompanist or sing a cappella. A panel of judges will adjudicate the event. No public commentary will be given. First round will feature one selection from each contestant. The top five performers will move on to the finals where they must perform a different selection. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three competitors.
