6 p.m. Family Square Dance and Fish Fry
In the heart of downtown Princeton at 206 W. Main St., Central Presbyterian Church Parking lot. This free event is sponsored by the Pennington Festival Committee. Eddie Pennington will lead the band.

Saturday, June 4
8 a.m. Run For Your Life 5K Run/ 2 Mile Walk
Sponsored by Caldwell Medical Center, this event takes participants through downtown Princeton. The run/walk will begin at the Pennington Festival Stage on the Butler Lawn. For more information, contact Charles Lovell at Caldwell Medical Center at (270) 365-0300. All proceeds from the run/walk will go to Feed God's Children, a Feeding America program which provides food for local children.
4 p.m.- 9 p.m. Lakeland Cruisers Cruise-In and Car Show
Streetrods, antique and classic cars, trucks and motorcycles will line the streets of downtown Princeton. Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 participants. Awards will be given for longest traveled, club participation, sponsor and mayor's choice. Music, vendors, concessions and a 50/50 pot are also planned. The Cruise-In will be held rain or shine. The Lakeland Cruisers, which comprise car enthusiasts from Caldwell and Lyon counties also plan to have cruise-ins May 29 and Sept. 11 in Princeton. Black Oak Vineyard
Take a short drive out to Black Oak Vineyard to sample any of the award-winning wines created by Drs. David Hall and Jenny Franke. Chambourcin, Chardonel, Sunset Blush, Vidal Blanc are just a few of the wine selections, as well as gourmet cheeses, coffees, teas and beautiful accesories. The vineyard is open Tuesdays-Saturdays, noon until 6 p.m. and is also open later for special musical performances during the Summer Concert Series and Winter Blues Coffeehouse Series. The vineyard is located at 300 Martin Road off Hwy. 293 South. It is located midway between Princeton and I-24 Exit 45. Black Oak is approximately 5 miles from the Pennington Festival site.
